Training Assistant Class

Description
Training Assistant Course

WANTED: People who love diving and enjoy helping others.

We’re always looking for help in our classes. If you enjoy working with people, please consider taking this class. Training Assistants are used in basic scuba classes, both during the pool and open water training work. Often times, they work one-on-one with students who need a little more help with certain skills. Training Assistants are always under the guidance and supervision of an instructor and are never asked to 'teach the course'.

Training Assistant is strictly a volunteer position so you never have to commit to a set schedule or time. Come and help when time allows. This course is excellent for anyone interested in becoming an instructor. Try it before you start the journey down the Instructional Series of classes.

The best part of becoming a Training Assistant is that your dive skills remain sharp. Not to mention, showing people how much fun diving is can be hugely rewarding.
